WHS Act compliance
The WHS Act and related regulations translated into plain language for your business. Not legalese, just what it means in practice for your operation.
Compliance

Support
09
Injury management & workers compensation
Injury management systems, return to work programs, suitable duties and the claim timeline built to the scheme that actually applies. Workers compensation is not harmonised. Nine schemes, nine sets of timeframes, nine different employer documents.
Compliance
10
ISO 45001 management systems
A safety management system structured to the ISO 45001:2018 clauses, clause by clause, with the mandatory documented information in place. Built from scratch, or an existing system mapped and the gaps closed.
Systems
11
Legislation, codes & standards registers
A legal and other requirements register that holds up. Which codes of practice are actually approved in your jurisdiction, which Australian Standards are called up by name in the regulations and which are only advisory, and what version each one is currently at.
Compliance
12
Petroleum, gas & major hazard facilities
Safety cases and safety case revisions under the WA petroleum and geothermal regulations and the Commonwealth offshore regime, plus major hazard facility duties under the dangerous goods laws. Kept as a separate discipline, because it is one.
Specialist
13
Integrated management systems
One system built to ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environment and ISO 45001 safety together, rather than three systems that duplicate each other. The three standards share a common structure, so one policy set, one document control process, one competence matrix and one management review can serve all three.
Systems
14
Standard transition and readiness
ISO 14001 changed in April 2026 and the old edition was withdrawn the same day. A new edition of ISO 9001 is expected in September 2026. ISO 45001 is under revision and is next. Transition planned as one piece of work rather than three separate scrambles, with the gap identified before your certification body finds it.
